Ok this is a little extra. Time out. Just a few chapters ago we're discussing revenge against someone who made Mc wear a green hat. Now there's all out war between multiple family heads who we don't even know the names of from God knows where. Didn't know you can find these experts just crawling out of their holes from their closed door cultivation and committing manslaughter just for what is essentially a lover's spat gone wrong. Maybe the experts have too much time on their hands?
Pacing is a little too quick. It feels like we've skipped volumes worth of build up for that fight. Like I read an Mc from another novel read or write the summarized version of a story and then have it play here. We don't even have a pov of the villain and we're already marching towards his gates after defeating his nameless underlings in one chapter.
Gotta hand it to them though. They certainly have flare for the dramatic.
Even the villains are so comically stereotypical. It perfectly captures the hilarious escalating nature of your typical xianxia novel.

If these are the starting villains, I can only imagine the scale of fights that will unfold later.
This reads like when I first read the overlord novel. "I have X artifact... exposition dump, exposition dump... You can't possibly defeat me!". "What x artifact, merely a child's toy. My butler has dozens of those", etc, etc. Then he wows them by tanking or dealing one-shots.
A straightforward declaration and swift execution. Love to see it. Only 15 chapters in and the main grudge has already been repaid. Hope there's something more other than escalating fights with old men or arrogant young masters. Show me the scheming and catfights between the women.

You know with all the rapid fire events unfolding at light speed, you'd think they'd at least tell the reason why all these powerful beauties are descending on him like how a predator spots prey. Besides a few, I don't think anyone knew he had the chaos body and what not or why he has such a prodigious, heaven defying talent for no reason.
Look I like the premise of being number one and all the other stuff but I hope there's at least some worthy rivals who can make him use his brain instead of just going "Ahhhh I'm surpassing my limits!!! This is powahhhh!" Followed by willpower buff to the nth time.
