Hell Mode: The Hardcore Gamer Dominates in Another World with Garbage Balancing
by Unknown
Synopsis
Every game these days is too easy. I'm 35, and I haven't been challenged in years. So when a strange site offered a new world "for players who love to grind," I picked the hardest setting. Hell Mode. Now I'm Allen, reborn as a serf's son with a class nobody understands. Summoner. Leveling takes forever, nobody explains the rules, and I've never been happier. Time to play this world all the way to the end.

4.5Starts out pretty good, but as it goes on, the whole system, levels, stats and so on kinda get out of hand, which I guess is pretty normal for those types of stories, but it still kinda sucks every time it happens. As for the story, it's fairly standard with not a lot of twists or turns. Though, there may be one or two small surprises later on. But for the most part it's pretty much as expected if you've read similar works. However, the execution is still fairly good. Allen actually grows to care about his new family and friends and supports them in improving their lives.
A Great Novel. The Story is great; the characters are very well written, and the world-building is flawless.
