Ah this MCs such a piece of shit. I thought this story gets better but maybe that's juste looking back on it with rose tinted glasses. This MC is just an edgy douche bag and I don't think that changes much. The author thinks this stuff with Vivian is funny so he treats her like garbyall the time.

Personally i think joining the at the time top clan of the northern region was a good decision from jewel mage, keep in mind that she didnot know the internal state of the golden lion clan before she joined. If she had known and still joined despite knowing that fact then i wouodve condemned her decision.
