Ah the romance mind reading system disguised as a world saving system. Also the MC became the tower master to do whatever he wants, just to get forced to do paperwork. Why doesn't he just delegate the paperwork he claims to hate doing. If the tower mages are incompetent he can just bring in outsiders. And if the other mages complain or whatever, he just say tell them to become the tower master if they aren't happy.
