Wandmaker of the Ruined World

Synopsis

When a magical meteor shower wipes out electricity worldwide, reclusive craftsman Ori Kenshi loses the technology that made modern life possible but discovers a new material he can carve into working magic wands. His absurdly precise hands let him build devices no one else can reproduce, forcing a man who would rather avoid people to become an unlikely bridge between a ruined civilization and its magical replacement. As society scrambles to survive, every invention he releases can change what humanity becomes next.
