What is the lowest and highest Luminary tiers available on the site? Locked

There are 5 site-wide subscription tiers. The lowest is Lineage ($5/month, 500 Helix) and the highest is Mythos ($100/month, 11,500 Helix total including bonus). Every tier grants Helix that can be used to unlock any chapter across every novel. Higher tiers simply provide more Helix per month.
