The entire family is suspicious in of itself

the start is very interesting. the two week timeskip wasn't something i liked, but in general a very cool first chapter. Somenthing tells me Elijah's Isekai experience isn't as innocent as those of most MCs

my guess is that the outside world is corrupted by something and the relic should help fend that corruption off.

Mystery is not something you See often on genesis, so its Highlights appreciated, even though i am not full convinced yet lets see

Tftc That was a damn good fight-scene. Aric giving his best, but not being able to Dominate, because he is just a rookie. Even with the MC power-up only able to stall for time and wounding the guy. Now he got the motivation he needs. Glad that Liona wasn't killed, would have felt cheap

The diaologue with the entity from beyond the veil was a bit...rushed? Felt like the author wanted to get ot over with, losing some of it's mystery and gravity. This could be two chapters, that are a bit more weighty.

Hey, author here! Yeah, the dialogue might feel a bit off, but there's a reason for that—something you'll only fully understand later in the story. This conversation will make complete sense once you reach Chapter 32 (which isn't out yet).

Hey, thanks for answering. If you say it's planned then I'm excited for the twist that's coming. I read a bit ahead already and got the vibe something wasn't right. It didn't make sense for someone that seemed so proficient at storytelling to press so hard on the gaspedal. Anyways, I will read everything there is.
